Insured Patients:
All patients intending to use private medical insurance need to obtain authorisation (for both the consultant and facility) and provide authorisation and policy numbers prior to their visit. Failure to do so means you may not be seen. If you are covered by major UK insurer, we can only invoice the insurer. We are unable to invoice the patient directly.
Self-paying patients:
Your consultant will send you a bill for the cost of your initial consultation. The price of this is payable directly to your consultant.
We'll send a bill and give you all the information you need to pay, so it should be a straightforward process.
You can pay the full price of your treatment in one go, using one of the following three methods:
Pay by telephone
Payment for a treatment can be made at any time via our management team
Pay by post
You can send a cheque made payable to us. Please ensure that your hospital account number and invoice number are clearly written on the back of your cheque.
Pay online
You can use our quick and easy to use our online payment option, please let the team know and a payment link will be sent to you.
We love our patients, so feel free to visit during normal business hours.
